The Most Valuable Day 

            I spent my vacation at Carita and Karang Bolong Shores two months ago, and I found several unforgettable experiences. I went with my family. First of my destination was Carita Shore. I have a terrible experience when I swam at Carita Shore with my sister. Firstly, my sister and I were very enjoy because we swam at the offshore. Suddenly, there was the highest waves, and we were not aware it. We carried by waves far from offshore. We were so panic and frightened, but we must keep quiet. We swam and helped each other. Finally, we could come back to land safely. We could breathe deeply and prayed together. What a valuable experience! I continued my vacation to Karang Bolong Shore. In there, I have some amazing experiences too. I walked through a very narrow stairs to reach the highest place; therefore, I could enjoy beautiful sunset and deep of Karang Bolong Sea for the first time. What a wonderful view! In conclusion, I can learn how to praise to God; furthermore, I must be aware of dangerous wherever I go.

My Beloved Close Friend

             

               I have a close friend who has unique characteristics. She is Nihayah Imawati, but I call her Nida. I knew her firstly when I met at University of Prof. Dr. Hamka in 2009; therefore, I knew her very well. In my opinion, she is clever, funny, and kind. She always wants to know about new things that she does not know. Besides, she can be a good listener for me; moreover, she always gives me the best problem solving. I am also proud her because she never despair to get the best everything in her life. Actually, she always reminds me if I forget about important things; however, she often forgets about important things too. Honestly, I like confusion with her feeling because she sometimes does not tell me about her condition, and she can change her feeling easily everyday.  But overall, I am happy when we do everything together, and I am proud have a friend like her.

Water Cures Flu

Lucky for you pure water consumer! Why I say like that? Maybe for you water is a small thing. Actually, water can help replace body fluids which lost cause fever as well as loosening the respiratory system when you drink plenty of water. When you catch a cold, your body will lose a lot of fluids (dehydration). Usually, liquids come out through your sweat and nose. So, we are difficult in swallowing causes us lazy to drink. Other benefits is water can eliminate toxins received from food preservative that are in our bodies. Not only you must drink water, but to cure your cold you should also enough rest and not unhealthy food so that your immune system becomes strong enough to fight against the flu virus.

New Habit

        On Sunday many people spend their time for holiday with family or their close friend, but I cannot spend time on Sunday for holiday because I must teach English course for elementary school and senior high school grade at home. I teach English course from 09.00 a.m. until 03.00 p.m. every Sunday. Actually, I am happy because I can give some knowledge that I have for them. Sometimes, I feel bored because I must divide time between study and work, but my boredom lose when I see behavior of my beloved pupils that funny, innocent, and naughty. I am really enjoy this my new habit every Sunday. I am not only can improve my English skills but also I can practice myself to be a good and professional English teacher from now.

                        Stargazer Fish

             This fish is unique. Why? Because Stargazer has eyes on head. Stargazer fish bury itself body in sand to deceive prey. Stargazer do it when stargazer find eat. Stargazer has about 50 species which can be found in all of water in the world, especially in shallow water. This fish has poison that can be found in fish bone operculum part and chest part. If we it, we will feel like sting of electrically. It is very dangerous.

Meet a Friend

         I have a friend. She is Puspa. We had never seen for one year after we took test at Uhamka University in 2009. I met her at a book store on Thursday ago. We met on Thursday because she didn’t job on that day. In there, we saw some of interesting books, read some of interesting books, and shared about our experiences. Suddenly, we felt so hungry when we were at book store. So, we decided to leave book store, and we ate at a restaurant. We enjoyed it with told about funny stories. I was very happy because I could meet her again.

Wakatobi is The Center of Sea Bottom Research in The World

           Wakatobi National Park, Southeast Sulawesi has coral reef carpet which very vast. Wakatobi National Park has been interest some scientists from universities in Eropa; therefore, Wakatobi National Park is become as sea bottom research center by Wakatobi regency governor. Coral reef in Wakatobi is suitable as sea bottom paradise in triangle heart world coral reef. Its include six countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Filipina, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Island, and Timor Leste. Wakatobi National Park has 750 kinds of coral reefs from 850 kinds of coral reefs in the world. Actually, WWF has been agreement to become Wakatobi as center of sea bottom science study in the world.Wow! It is a very good news and so amazing.
