Water Cures Flu

Lucky for you pure water consumer! Why I say like that? Maybe for you water is a small thing. Actually, water can help replace body fluids which lost cause fever as well as loosening the respiratory system when you drink plenty of water. When you catch a cold, your body will lose a lot of fluids (dehydration). Usually, liquids come out through your sweat and nose. So, we are difficult in swallowing causes us lazy to drink. Other benefits is water can eliminate toxins received from food preservative that are in our bodies. Not only you must drink water, but to cure your cold you should also enough rest and not unhealthy food so that your immune system becomes strong enough to fight against the flu virus.

1. Against (prep) : in order to prevent something from happening or causing harm.
2. Cure (verb) : bring somebody back to health.
3. Eliminate (verb) : remove or get rid for somebody/something.
4. Fever (noun) : 1. Very high temperature of the body. 2. Disease causing a high body temperature.
5. Immune (adj) : - (to/against) that cannot be harmed by a disease.

New Habit

        On Sunday many people spend their time for holiday with family or their close friend, but I cannot spend time on Sunday for holiday because I must teach English course for elementary school and senior high school grade at home. I teach English course from 09.00 a.m. until 03.00 p.m. every Sunday. Actually, I am happy because I can give some knowledge that I have for them. Sometimes, I feel bored because I must divide time between study and work, but my boredom lose when I see behavior of my beloved pupils that funny, innocent, and naughty. I am really enjoy this my new habit every Sunday. I am not only can improve my English skills but also I can practice myself to be a good and professional English teacher from now.
